PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL OVER EXTREME NORTHERN TERRELL
COUNTY...OR ABOUT 8 MILES SOUTHWEST OF SHEFFIELD...MOVING NORTHEAST
AT 10 MPH. THESE STORMS WILL PRIMARILY AFFECT LOW LYING PORTIONS
OF STATE HIGHWAY 349 AND FARM TO MARKET ROAD 2400.
