  PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS MUCH OF THE AREA. HEAVY RAIN AND

CITY OF BIG SPRING REPORTED STREET FLOODING WITH SOME STREETS IMPASSABLE. 
IN ADDITION THE GLASSCOCK COUNTY SHERIFF REPORTED WATER OVER THE ROAD 
AT THE INTERSECTION OF HIGHWAY 137 AND HIGHWAY 158 AT 1140 PM CDT...
15 MILES WEST OF GARDEN CITY. 

AT 1150 PM CDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED 
A LARGE AREA OF MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN...WITH EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS
ACROSS HOWARD...MITCHELL AND GLASSCOCK COUNTIES. A FEW LOCATIONS
WILL RECEIVE AN ADDITIONAL INCH OF RAINFALL...WHICH WILL AGGRAVATE THE
FLASH FLOODING.
