THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MIDLAND HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  HOWARD COUNTY IN WEST TEXAS

* UNTIL 930 PM CDT

* AT 727 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A LARGE STORM WITH 
  VERY HEAVY RAINFALL WAS OCCURRING ABOUT 5 MILES NORTH OF BIG       
  SPRING...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 15 MPH.

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED INCLUDE...
  BIG SPRING...KNOTT...LUTHER...SAND SPRINGS...SOUTH HAVEN...AND     
  ELBOW.

RAINFALL RATES AROUND 1 INCH PER HOUR ARE EXPECTED WITH THIS STORM 
AND FLASH FLOODING OF LOW LYING AREAS AND NORMALLY DRY OR LOW
