* AT 723 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR DETECTED A LINE OF           
  THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL...MOVING SOUTHEAST     
  THROUGH BORDEN COUNTY AT 15 MPH.

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED INCLUDE...
  GAIL...LAKE J.B. THOMAS AND MESQUITE

DO NOT DRIVE ACROSS FLOODED ROADWAYS. MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR
