* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR
  JEFFERSON COUNTY IN THE PANHANDLE OF WEST VIRGINIA

* UNTIL 545 PM EDT.

* AT 413 PM EDT...RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN 
2 MILES WEST OF MILLVILLE...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH. STORM   
SPOTTERS REPORTED 1.56 INCHES PER HOUR FALLING AT SUMMIT POINT IN 
JEFFERSON COUNTY.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL CONTINUE TO BE AFFECTED BY THE HEAVY RAIN
