NORTHERN FRANKLIN COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL KENTUCKY * UNTIL 700 PM EDT * AT 555 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THE HEAVIEST RAINS OVER THE FAR NORTHERN PART OF FRANKLIN COUNTY...OR ABOUT 33 MILES NORTHWEST OF LEXINGTON...MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH. SEVERAL ROADWAYS OVER THE NORTHERN HALF OF THE COUNTY WERE IMPASSABLE WITH SOME STALLED OUT VEHICLES. THIS INCLUDED PARTS OF HIGHWAY 421 NORTH AND FLAT CREEK ROAD.
