THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD WARNING
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 630 PM PDT THURSDAY EVENING FOR PEOPLE IN THE
FOLLOWING COUNTIES

IN NEVADA
     EXTREME SOUTH CENTRAL ELKO AND NORTHWESTERN WHITE PINE

AT 420 PM PDT WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY 
RAIN WITH NEARLY STATIONARY THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE SOUTH END OF THE 
RUBY MOUNTAINS AND RUBY MARSH. PEOPLE TRAVELING THROUGH THIS AREA 
SHOULD WATCH OUT FOR QUICKLY RISING WATERS. 

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS SWIFTLY FLOWING WATERS OR WATERS OF UNKNOWN 
DEPTH BY FOOT OR BY AUTOMOBILE. IF YOUR VEHICLE STALLS, ABANDON IT
