* AT 636 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED   
THAT 3 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN ACROSS MUCH OF JEFFERSON 
COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST TEXAS DURING THEPAST 3 HOURS. ANOTHER 3 INCHES
