  NEWTON COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST TEXAS

* UNTIL 630 PM CST

* AT 330 PM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED   
THAT BETWEEN THREE TO FIVE INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN ACROSS NEWTON 
COUNTY AND VERNON PARISH DURING THE PAST THREE TO FOUR HOURS. AN
