  THE MOST DANGEROUS PART OF A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG
  ROTATION 5 MILES EAST OF LEMOYNE...OR ABOUT 11 MILES NORTH OF
  OGALLALA...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 15 MPH. THIS STORM IS CAPABLE OF
  PRODUCING A TORNADO AT ANY TIME.
