  THE MOST DANGEROUS PART OF A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG
  ROTATION OVER EAST CENTRAL BROWN COUNTY...OR ABOUT 18 MILES SOUTH
  OF AINSWORTH...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH. THIS STORM IS CAPABLE OF
