  THE MOST DANGEROUS PART OF A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG
  ROTATION OVER EAST CENTRAL CHERRY COUNTY...OR ABOUT 25 MILES SOUTH
  OF VALENTINE...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH. THIS STORM IS CAPABLE OF
