THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN JACKSON KY HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  KNOX COUNTY
  BELL COUNTY

* UNTIL 1230 PM EDT

* AT 835 AM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAINS CONTINUING TO TRAIN OVER PORTIONS OF BELL AND KNOX COUNTIES. 
  THESE SHOWERS WILL DEPOSIT ANOTHER 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAINFALL OVER 
  THE AREA BETWEEN 8:30 AM AND 12:30 PM EDT. THIS WILL LEAD TO FLASH 
  FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS. 

* THE EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL AFFECT THE TOWNS OF...
  PINEVILLE.
  MIDDLESBORO.
  BARBOURVILLE.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND
