  ASHLEY COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST ARKANSAS

* UNTIL 850 PM CDT

* AT 648 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER WILMOT...MOVING       
  NORTH AT 10 MPH ALONG HIGHWAY 165 TOWARD PARKDALE AND PORTLAND.

RADAR ESTIMATED RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF TWO INCHES PER HOUR ARE LIKELY 
WITH THESE STORMS.
