THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN JACKSON HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  ASHLEY COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST ARKANSAS

* UNTIL 650 AM CDT

* AT 352 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED            
  THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN NORTH LOUISIANA MOVING
  INTO ASHLEY COUNTY. RADAR ESTIMATES THAT AROUND 2 TO 3 INCHES OF
  RAIN HAS FALLEN. AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN CAN BE
  EXPECTED BY 650 AM CDT. 

  BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE 
  DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.

  MOST DEATHS IN FLASH FLOODING OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT ATTEMPT
