* AT 1041 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN 5 MILES SOUTH OF          
  PAYNE...MOVING NORTH AT 10 MPH. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES RAINFALL
  AMOUNTS IN EXCESS OF SEVEN INCHES OF RAIN OVER THE LAST 4 HOURS    
  OVER PARTS OF PAULDING COUNTY. NUMEROUS STREETS ARE FLOODED IN     
  PAULDING WHERE OVER THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAS BEEN REPORTED TO HAVE 
  FALLEN OVER THE LAST THREE HOURS.

...FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR PAULDING COUNTY IN OHIO CONTINUES UNTIL 
145 PM EDT...

THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN HAVE BEGUN TO MOVE OUT OF 
PAULDING COUNTY. STORMS WERE MOVING SLOWLY NORTH AT 10 MPH. RAIN 
WILL CONTINUE TO DIMINISH OVER THE NEXT HOUR. CREEKS AND STREAMS 
WILL...HOWEVER...CONTINUE RISING DUE TO THE HEAVY RAIN RECEIVED 
EARLIER THIS MORNING.

PAULDING COUNTY SHERIFF REPORTED THAT STATE ROUTE 500 WAS CLOSED 
BETWEEN STATE ROUTE 111 AND STATE ROUTE 613 BETWEEN PAULDING AND 
PAYNE BY HIGH WATER.  HIGH WATER ALSO HAS CLOSED STATE ROUTE 613 
BETWEEN STATE ROUTE 500 AND U.S. ROUTE 127.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.
