THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN NORTHERN INDIANA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  PULASKI COUNTY IN INDIANA

* UNTIL 700 PM EST

* AT 400 PM EST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN 2 MILES SOUTHWEST OF            
  FRANCESVILLE...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH. RADAR INDICATED ONE TO  
  TWO INCHES OF RAIN FELL BETWEEN 200 AND 400 PM FROM MEDARYVILLE TO 
  WINAMAC. ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN WILL FALL IN THIS AREA LATE THIS    
  AFTERNOON CAUSING FLASH FLOODING.

* THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL WILL AFFECT THE FOLLOWING
