  RAIN OVER MARTINSVILLE...OR ABOUT 16 MILES NORTH OF BLOOMINGTON...
  MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH.

1211 AM EST THU MAY 15 2003

THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR SOUTHERN MORGAN COUNTY HAS EXPIRED AT
1215 AM. SHOWERS WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE THROUGH MORGAN COUNTY THROUGH
EARLY THURSDAY MORNING. MOST OF THE RAIN SHOULD MOVE OUT OF THE
COUNTY BY 300 AM. RAINFALL FROM THESE SHOWERS WILL BE LESS THAN 1/2
INCH. THIS WILL NOT BE ENOUGH TO CAUSE FLASH FLOODING.

PONDING MAY STILL OCCUR ON ROADS. USE CAUTION WHEN TRAVELING TONIGHT.
