COUNTIES UNTIL 915 AM EST...

AT 740 AM EST...DOPPLER RADAR WAS SHOWING A LARGE AREA OF
MAINLY MODERATE THUNDERSHOWERS COVERING ALL OF CENTRAL INDIANA
NORTH OF INTERSTATE 70 AND WEST BACK INTO ILLINOIS. THE ACTIVITY
WILL CONTINUE WELL INTO THE MORNING. RADAR ESTIMATED 2 TO 3
INCHES HAS FALLEN IN THE LAST 3 HOURS AND 4 TO 5 INCHES IN THE
LAST 24 HOURS ACROSS SOUTHERN PARTS OF HAMILTON AND MADISON
COUNTIES. A FEW ROADS WERE REPORTED WATER COVERED IN CARMEL AND
FISHERS AS WELL ACROSS SOUTHERN MADISON COUNTY.
