* AT 146 AM EST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN OVER WINCHESTER...OR ABOUT 19 MILES EAST OF MUNCIE...MOVING
  EAST AT 35 MPH.

* THE THUNDERSTORM WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL BE NEAR...
  SARATOGA AT 155 AM EST
