RAINFALL HAD BEGUN TO DECREASE OVER EASTERN JENNINGS COUNTY AS OF 1005 AM EST. HOWEVER...SOME RAIN WAS STILL FALLING AND RADAR INDICATED RAINFALL OF UP TO THREE INCHES HAD FALLEN NEAR SAN JACINTO IN SOUTHEAST JENNINGS COUNTY SINCE 700 AM EST.
