* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EDGAR COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL ILLINOIS

* UNTIL 130 AM CDT

* AT 712 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  VERY HEAVY RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER NORTHERN PORTIONS OF EDGAR COUNTY 
  OVER THE PAST HOUR. RADAR ESTIMATES THAT UP TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN 
  HAS FALLEN OVER THAT AREA SINCE 6 PM. COMBINED WITH RAINFALL   
  AMOUNTS FROM EARLIER IN THE DAY...RADAR ESTIMATES THAT OVER 4   
  INCHES OF RAINFALL HAS FALLEN TODAY ACROSS NORTHERN PORTIONS OF 
  EDGAR COUNTY TODAY. 
    
* WITH SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUING ACROSS ALL OF EDGAR
