  CLAY COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS
  EFFINGHAM COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS
  JASPER COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST ILLINOIS

* UNTIL 100 AM CDT

* AT 658 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  VERY HEAVY RAIN HAS FALLEN 2 MILES NORTH OF IOLA EAST TO LATONA.
  2 TO 4 INCHES INCHES OF RAIN HAS BEEN ESTIMATED SINCE 530 PM.

* THUNDERSTORMS WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE ACROSS
  NORTHERN CLAY...SOUTHERN EFFINGHAM...AND JASPER COUNTIES.
