HAMILTON COUNTY IN OHIO... * UNTIL 830 PM EDT... * WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN CENTRAL HAMILTON COUNTY FROM LINCOLN HEIGHTS TO THE EAST SIDE OF CINCINNATI. 2 TO 2.5 INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN SINCE 530 PM EDT...WITH AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 1.5 INCHES EXPECTED THROUGH 730 PM EDT. * SOME LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING AREA INCLUDE... CINCINNATI... DEER PARK... WYOMING... NORWOOD... A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING. RESIDENTS LIVING ALONG STREAMS AND CREEKS SHOULD TAKE IMMEDIATE PRECAUTIONS TO PROTECT LIFE AND PROPERTY.
