  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO. THE MOST   
DANGEROUS PART OF THE STORM WAS LOCATED 5 MILES NORTHWEST OF 
MARIBEL. THAT PLACES  THE STORM 17 MILES NORTHWEST OF MANITOWOC. IT
