* AT 827 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION 13 MILES SOUTHWEST OF
  STILES...OR ABOUT 37 MILES SOUTHWEST OF WAHPETON...MOVEMENT WAS TO
  THE NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.
