  NORTHEASTERN RAMSEY COUNTY IN NORTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA AND
  SOUTHWESTERN WALSH COUNTY IN NORTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA.

* UNTIL 915 PM CDT.

* AT 820 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH A DEVELOPING TORNADO 3 MILES SOUTH OF
  LAWTON...OR ABOUT 26 MILES NORTHEAST OF DEVILS LAKE...MOVEMENT WAS
  TO THE NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH.
