* AT 516 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION 5 MILES SOUTHWEST OF
  CRETE...OR ABOUT 54 MILES SOUTH OF VALLEY CITY...MOVEMENT WAS TO
  THE SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH.
