GWINNETT COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL GEORGIA * UNTIL 845 PM EDT * AT 642 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN MOVING BACK INTO GWINNETT COUNTY. MOVEMENT WAS EAST TO NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH. * OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUFORD...DACULA...DULUTH... LAWRENCEVILLE...LILBURN...NORCROSS...SUGAR HILL AND SUWANEE CREEKS AFFECTED INCLUDE BIG HAYNES CREEK IN SOUTH GWINNETT COUNTY...WHICH IS EXCEEDED BANKFULL. THE BIG HAYNES CREEK WAS NEAR 10 FEET.
