RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 2 TO 3 INCHES HAVE ALREADY FALLEN...AND AN ADDITIONAL 1 INCH IS POSSIBLE. EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES.
