  HEARD COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL GEORGIA

* UNTIL 345 AM EDT

* AT 1146 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR 
  INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER EASTERN ALABAMA THAT WILL BE
  MOVING OVER HEARD AND COWETA COUNTIES. THIS RAIN WILL PRODUCE
  FLASH FLOODING.

IN COWETA COUNTY...SEVERAL ROADS ARE IMPASSABLE DUE TO HIGH WATER. 
ALSO IN HEARD COUNTY...THE CENTRALHATCHEE CREEK IS FLOODING.
