  WESTERN MORGAN COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL GEORGIA

* UNTIL 700 PM EDT

* AT 446 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  3 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN DURING THE PAST HOUR ACROSS AREAS 
  WEST OF MADISON...WITH AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN STILL   
  POSSIBLE.

* OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE RUTLEDGE

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
