  VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER TRION...OR ABOUT 5 MILES NORTHEAST OF
  SUMMERVILLE...MOVING EAST AT 5 MPH.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL 
CREEKS AND STREAMS AND COUNTRY ROADS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS

ALLOWED TO EXPIRE AT 815 PM...

AT 815 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED LIGHT 
RAIN OVER NORTHERN CHATTOOGA COUNTY.  THIS HAS DECREASED THE CHANCE 
FOR CONTINUED FLASH FLOODING...SO THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING HAS BEEN 
ALLOWED TO EXPIRE.  EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM AN EARLIER STORM CAUSED 
FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS IN AND AROUND THE TRION 
AREA.

ALTHOUGH THE RAIN HAS MOVED AWAY FROM TRION...CREEKS AND STREAMS IN 
THE AREA WILL REMAIN HIGH THROUGH 9 PM.  PERSONS TRAVELING IN AND 
AROUND THE TRION AREA SHOULD EXERCISE CAUTION THIS EVENING AND AVOID 
LOW-WATER CROSSINGS.
