* AT 607 PM EDT...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED           
  SERIOUS FLASH FLOODING WITH ONGOING RESCUES. THE IS A VERY         
  DANGEROUS FLASH   FLOOD SITUATION...ESPECIALLY IN SOUTH GILMER     
  COUNTY. PLEASE MOVE AWAY FROM RISING CREEKS AT ONCE

* SOME CREEKS AFFECTED INCLUDE...TALKING ROCK CREEK...TALONA         
  CREEK...BALL CREEK...TOWN CREEK...AND TURKEY CREEK.
