THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PEACHTREE CITY HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  WARREN COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL GEORGIA

* UNTIL 1245 AM EDT

* AT 1042 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR            
  INDICATED HEAVY RAIN CONTINUING OVER PARTS OF THE COUNTY. RADAR
  ESTIMATES SUGGEST 3 INCHES OR MORE MAY HAVE FALLEN IN THE COUNTY
  DURING THE EVENING. 

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THE ONGOING AND RECENT RAINFALL WILL CAUSE
FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS...
AS WELL AS FARMLAND ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY
IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. BE ALERT FOR POSSIBLE WASHOUTS OF ROADWAYS. VEHICLES CAUGHT
IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
