  THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG SIGNS THAT A TORNADO IS DEVELOPING 2 MILES
  EAST OF SISTERDALE...OR ABOUT 12 MILES NORTH OF BOERNE...MOVING
  NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

* THE TORNADO PRODUCING STORM IS EXPECTED TO BE...
  7 MILES NORTHWEST OF KENDALIA AT 330 PM
