BEXAR * UNTIL 400 PM CDT * AT 102 PM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER MOST OF NORTHERN BEXAR COUNTY, SHOWING SLOW MOVEMENT TO THE SOUTH. NUMEROUS STORMS OVER THE PAST SEVERAL DAYS HAVE SATURATED THE SOILS AND THE HEAVY RAINS WILL LIKELY RUN OFF. EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS AND OTHER LOW LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLASH FLOODING.
