* AT 1256 PM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
RAIN FROM THUNDERSTORMS OVER DOWNTOWN SAN ANTONIO...MOVING
NORTHEAST AT 10 MPH.
EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...URBAN AREAS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND UNDERPASSES
AS WELL AS OTHER DRAINAGE AREAS AND LOW LYING SPOTS.
