THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  ATASCOSA

* UNTIL 1045 AM CDT

* AT 750 AM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  WIDESPREAD RAIN CONTINUING OVER ATASCOSA COUNTY.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF ONE TO THREE INCHES IS LIKELY IN THE 
NEXT HOUR OR TWO...ADDING TO THE HEAVY RAINS THAT HAVE ALREADY 
FALLEN.  THE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING VERY SLOWLY 
TOWARDS THE NORTHEAST WITH ADDITIONAL DEVELOPMENT TO THE SOUTH.  

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
