THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  EDWARDS

* UNTIL 1100 PM CDT

* AT 901 PM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN
  OVER NORTHWEST EDWARDS COUNTY...OR ABOUT 18 MILES NORTHWEST OF     
  ROCKSPRINGS...DRIFTING SOUTH AT 5 MPH.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF CREEKS 
AND STREAMS...ROADS AND ROADSIDE CULVERTS. INTERESTS ALONG THE SOUTH 
FORK OF THE LLANO RIVER IN EDWARDS COUNTY SHOULD BE PREPARED TO MOVE 
TO HIGHER GROUND.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
