BANDERA * UNTIL 10 AM CDT * AT 723 AM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED ONLY LIGHT RAIN ACROSS BANDERA COUNTY WITH RAINFALL RATES OF LESS THAN ONE TENTH INCH. STREAMS AND RIVER WILL CONTINUE TO RISE FOR THE NEXT FEW HOURS DUE TO EARLIER RAINS. AN ESTIMATED UP TO 4.3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN WITH THE HIGHEST AMOUNTS IN WESTERN PORTIONS OF BANDERA COUNTY IN THE UPPER SABINAL AND MEDIAN RIVER WATERSHEDS.
