* AT 804 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO. THIS DANGEROUS
  STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR QUEEN CITY...OR 17 MILES NORTH OF
  KIRKSVILLE...MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH. LARGE HAIL AND DESTRUCTIVE
  THUNDERSTORM WINDS ARE ALSO LIKELY WITH THIS STORM.
