* AT 419 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO. THIS DANGEROUS
  STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR CENTERVILLE KS...OR 9 MILES EAST OF
  GARNETT...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 45 MPH. LARGE HAIL AND DESTRUCTIVE
  THUNDERSTORM WINDS ARE ALSO LIKELY WITH THIS STORM.
