* AT 339 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO. THIS DANGEROUS
  STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR RUSHVILLE...OR 9 MILES EAST OF ATCHISON...
  MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH. LARGE HAIL AND DESTRUCTIVE THUNDERSTORM
  WINDS ARE ALSO LIKELY WITH THIS STORM.
