* AT 917 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO. THIS DANGEROUS
  STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR LIVONIA...OR 20 MILES NORTH OF KIRKSVILLE...
  MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH. LARGE HAIL AND DESTRUCTIVE THUNDERSTORM
  WINDS ARE ALSO LIKELY WITH THIS STORM.
