* AT 1030 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING HAIL UP TO GOLF BALL
  SIZE...AND DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH.  THIS STORM WAS
