  EASTERN LOUISA COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST IOWA

* UNTIL 630 PM CDT

* AT 556 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR AND SPOTTERS INDICATED A TORNADO 2   
  MILES EAST OF WAPELLO...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH. NUMEROUS 
  REPORTS OF DOWNED POWERLINES AND HAIL 2 TO 3 INCHES IN DIAMETER 
  HAVE BEEN RECEIVED AT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE FROM AREAS
  SOUTH OF WAPELLO.

* THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR...
  8 MILES NORTHWEST OF TOOLESBORO BY 610 PM CDT.
