* AT 747 PM...RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO 3 MILES SOUTHEAST OF CLIO...OR ABOUT 60 MILES SOUTHWEST OF
  OTTUMWA...MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH.
