THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN STATE COLLEGE PA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  FULTON COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA

* UNTIL 545 PM EDT.

* AT 407 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A     
  NEARLY STATIONARY THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL OVER       
  EXTREME SOUTHERN FULTON COUNTY.

SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL AT THE 
RATE OF 2 TO 3 INCHES PER HOUR IN THE WARNED AREA. RUNOFF FROM THIS 
EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING IN THE TOWNS OF 
WARFORDSBURG...COVE MILLS AND OTHER LOCATIONS JUST TO THE EAST OF 
INTERSTATE 70 IN SOUTHERN FULTON COUNTY.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED. MOVE TO
HIGHER GROUND.
