THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN STATE COLLEGE PA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  FRANKLIN COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA

* UNTIL 1245 AM EDT.

* AT 933 PM...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED SEVERAL ROAD  
  CLOSURES AND NUMEROUS FLOODED BASEMENTS OVER SOUTHERN FRANKLIN     
  COUNTY DUE TO EARLIER HEAVY RAINFALL.  PARTICULARLY HARD HIT
  WAS THE QUINCY AREA...WHERE ROUTES 316 AND 997 HAVE BEEN CLOSED
  DUE TO HIGH WATER WHERE THEY INTERSECT NUNNERY ROAD. 

ADDITIONAL SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WITH MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINFALL 
WILL OVERSPREAD THE AREA BETWEEN 945 AND 1015 PM...INCREASING THE 
POTENTIAL FOR ADDITIONAL FLOODING.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE 
ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED. MOVE TO
HIGHER GROUND.
